Investments in properties seized from banks or financial entities have the advantage that the benefit is quite high even if the property is not awarded to you, and in the event that it is awarded, you will have in your possession a property acquired below the bank appraisal.  Also, if It is awarded by a court ruling, it will be possible to take advantage of the investment of the taxable person, therefore, you will not pay the property transfer tax. It does not carry any risk, but the disadvantage there could be is that with the time lapse that the management take, you may sell the property to a natural person and be liable to pay input VAT.

Of course we take care of everything, photographic reports, supervision of the state of the house so that it is always in the best condition for viewing visits, and publication in the best sales portals.  We also include your property in our marketing material, therefore the owner will only have to go to the signing of the contract after accepting the conditions. We have several foreign investment funds which are always looking for properties, so can offer liquidity and security.
