Investments in properties seized from banks or financial entities have the advantage that the benefit is quite high even if the property is not awarded to you, and in the event that it is awarded, you will have in your possession a property acquired below the bank appraisal.  Also, if It is awarded by a court ruling, it will be possible to take advantage of the investment of the taxable person, therefore, you will not pay the property transfer tax.
